+ How much can I borrow?

This depends on a lot of things, but the biggest deciding factor is the amount you can afford to pay. To calculate this, we assess your income and expenses.


+ Can I buy any car?

Within reason - we probably won't help you buy a limousine! Once you’ve been approved, you’ll be given a maximum lend amount. You can then purchase a car through our dealer network, and if you have a specific model in mind, they can help source one for you. If you’d like to buy privately, that’s fine too, so long as it meets our criteria, and passes a mechanical inspection. The criteria are based on model, age and mileage, and change from time to time. If in doubt, give us a call.


+ How does interest work?

When your application is approved, you’ll be assigned an interest rate as a percentage. This rate is divided by 365, and calculated on your remaining balance at the end of each day. Every month this is charged to your account. If your loan is in default, you may also be charged a default interest rate on the amount in default.


+ What interest rate will I pay?

Our interest rates are dependent on your credit assessment. Please check our products and rates sheet for our current interest rates.


+ How long does it take before I drive away?

It depends on both your application and your chosen vehicle. If everything goes well and you can supply the necessary documents, you can apply and drive away on the same day!


+ Can I apply if I’ve been rejected by other finance companies?

Thanks to the unique flexible way we lend, it’s highly likely we’ll be able to help when others can’t. In saying this, we take responsible lending very seriously. We'll do our best to help you out, but if we believe you can't afford the repayments we won't lend to you. Sometimes we can still help get you into a more affordable vehicle, so we do encourage you to apply!


+ How do I log in online?

Select the page titled 'Log In' on the website navigation menu. This will redirect you to our secure client portal, where you can use your log in credentials to view your loan information.

+ What is a starter interrupt device?

Before you can drive away in your new car, we require a starter interrupt device (SID) to be installed. This device can interrupt the starter motor of your vehicle, preventing it from being turned on. It can also track the vehicle via GPS. It’s great if your vehicle is lost, and can help the police with recovery if it’s been stolen. It helps us protect our security interest, and helps you protect your car. A win-win!

Your starter will be automatically interrupted if your loan is in default for a period of time, and contact hasn’t been made to catch up. Keep your payments up to date, and there’ll be no worries!
