You can visit us Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. You’re welcome to show up during these hours, but we do recommend you make an appointment to avoid an extended wait.
We have two client carparks available for you to park in. They are numbers 25 and 26 and are located out the front of the Unisys Building, at the end nearest the traffic lights.

These plans and programmes are now managed externally by My On Road Plan, who are available on 0508 349 222 for enquiries, including Roadside Assistance.
My On Road Plan is offering a free upgrade from any legacy Aqua Cars & Finance/Go Car Finance plan to one of their new plans. These include servicing, WOF checks, Registration, Roadside Assistance, Emergency Helpline, safety checks, and GPS vehicle tracking via mobile application. Emergency Enable
A condition of your loan with Go Car Finance is that you keep your regular payments up to date. If you miss an instalment and no payment arrangement has been made with your Loan Manager, your vehicle’s starter may be interrupted. If you experience a critical event and your vehicle’s starter is interrupted, please call your loan manager. Outside of normal business hours, please login to your online account and select the Emergency Enable option. Remember, you only have a limited number of emergency enables over the lifetime of your loan.
Accessing your online account
Your online account allows you to view your account statement online, and request an emergency enable outside of normal business hours. If you can’t remember how to login to your online account, call us on 09 979 7666 and one of our team will help you get set up.
